A very spacious Studio appartements that has been designed to also welcoming guest that are differently abled in the near future.
With parking right next to the unit allows it to be wheel chair accessible, a modern layout inside that respects the norms. A patio deck and path towards the common pool deck are next up on our list to make it even easier for all our guests to enjoy the whole property. The kitchen was designed with an adjustable counter top to suit every ones needs and the bathroom features an open shower concept making it friendly access without steps.

Welcome to KAZANU, an adult-only, clothing optional residence located in beautiful St. Martin/St. Maarten in the Caribbean.
We are located in the charming village of Oyster Pond, close to the border of this dual nation French and Dutch Caribbean Island. The residence has 7 units and each unit has its own private porch, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom surrounding the swimming pool and sundeck.
